Hello, I am Mathieu Ait Azzouzene and I am Modern Work & Security Advocate at ExperTeam.
On a daily basis, I provide technical lead on Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD or Microsoft Defender. Concretely, I align the needs of our customers with these solutions, I devise their architecture and then I support our customers in their deployment.
The Modern Workplace challenge is global, it is THE major transformation of the information system of the decade. And it obviously starts with cloud adoption and transforming current solutions and infrastructures into services.
We fully entered the era of SaaS (Software as a Service) and these are the services that our customers are looking for. Services that allow users to be productive anywhere, anytime, from any device (ATAWAD), whilst maintaining the same or better level of security, and reducing maintenance and infrastructure costs.
In this context, I support our clients by offering them solutions that meet their needs and issues. I bring my experience and my technological insights to offer them the solution that best meets their needs, within their budget.
My role also requires me to be proactive by advising and alerting my clients to needs that they have not necessarily identified but which can be critical in understanding the Modern Workplace. For example, it is not uncommon for us to be asked to implement Microsoft Cloud solutions without the security part being addressed. In this case, I enlighten our customers on the risks involved and the solutions to remedy them.
Finally, with the massification of accelerated teleworking that we have seen since 2020, many companies are calling on Experteam to ensure that their users can work in optimal conditions ….
Recently, I have therefore been able to support many clients on the modernization of security, device and identity management solutions, so that their IT teams can help users and manage devices scattered across Europe.
I take great pride in my contribution to these projects. I feel like I am doing my bit, no matter how small, to contribute to the emergence of a new world – a world where digital is indeed at the service of users, where the mobility of people, work environments and data makes it possible to transform our ways of working to make it more meaningful.
